This webinar series is designed to showcase child welfare workforce innovations, and the competencies, skills, resources and action steps needed to support and sustain them. Participants hear from distinguished state, county and tribal agency representatives as well as NCWWI staff on 10 different strategies in the following areas: Leadership; Recruitment, Screening & Selection; Supervision; Data & Accountability; Coaching; Organizational Climate/Culture; Workload; Cultural Responsiveness; Professional Education & Training; and Retention. Each session is followed by a learning lab teleconference, to allow for more Q&A and short presentations from other jurisdictions.
