Leadership Academy for Supervisors

The Leadership Academy for Supervisors (LAS) is an on-line training program for experienced supervisors. It’s designed for motivated supervisors who are ready to become motivated leaders, in their unit, their agency and their community.

The LAS Core Leadership Program is a comprehensive, six module competency-based leadership program based on the latest research and presented by national experts in the field. The Take the Lead series offers shorter skill-based modules on topics of specific interest. These modules are open to all eligible supervisors, not just those who are enrolled in the Core Leadership Program.

All LAS training is web-based, allowing you to take the course at your own pace and in any location with internet access. Click here to register for these LAS courses.
