This paper summarizes article, “Child Welfare Worker Characteristics and Job Satisfaction: A National Study,” which discusses the results and implications of a study examining the relationship between worker characteristics and job satisfaction in a geographic context utilizing reviews literature and similar, smaller-scale studies that were previously conducted.
