This webinar will cover some of the federal obligations to tribes and specifically the efforts underway to meet the requirements of the recently enacted Savanna's Act. The session will also address what is needed to prosecute in federal court violent crimes that frequently occur in Indian country, strangulation, habitual domestic violence, and sexual assault.
